Application
This equipment is a floor-standing, integrated precision intelligent automatic metallographic cutting machine designed to meet the needs of precise positioning and multi-positioning cutting. It features a 10-inch extra-large color touchscreen and a PLC control system. Its unique split-type, double-layer, movable precision positioning platform meets the precision requirements for flattening thin slices of various irregular parts. The feed stroke is arbitrarily set, and the cutting speed is infinitely adjustable from 1-100mm/min, with online adjustments possible based on the cutting situation. It is suitable for precision cutting and sampling of various material samples.
