Application

This machine is an intelligent automatic grinding and polishing machine, a new generation of high-precision sample pretreatment grinding and polishing equipment manufactured according to international standards and by introducing internationally advanced technology.

Feature

1. Grinding and Polishing Head Power: The grinding and polishing head is precisely positioned left and right via a stepper motor, and its rotation can be automatically switched from left to right by program control.

2. Grinding and Polishing Disc Power: The grinding and polishing disc is powered by a high-power 1000W servo motor, providing stepless speed regulation between 50 and 1500 rpm, ensuring smooth operation and low noise. The machine features automatic left-to-right rotation switching for the grinding and polishing head, and 6 quick-set speeds of 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250, and 1500 rpm, significantly improving efficiency.

3. Drip Device: The machine features an external dual-station drip device, with optional multi-station configuration. The amount of abrasive used can be controlled by customizing the dripping and pause times, greatly reducing operating costs and improving sample preparation quality.

4. Cooling Device: An integrated cooling device cools the sample during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating. An optional online wastewater filtration system is available. During sample preparation, contaminants washed by cooling water are filtered through filter paper into a water tank, and then directly discharged into the sewer system, ensuring a clean and fresh working environment free of dust and pollutants in the air. Wastewater discharge meets environmental protection requirements.

All operations of this machine are automatically controlled by a program. Operators can freely input operating parameters according to usage conditions. Up to 100 custom polishing programs can be created. Except for sample clamping, which is still manually operated, all other actions are automated, greatly improving work efficiency and stability.
