Fiber Fineness Analyzer

APPLICATION

This tester is designed for fineness analysis of animal fibers, chemical fibers, cotton and hemp fibers. It measures fiber diameter and provides statistical results such as fiber count, average fineness, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and coarse-fiber percentage.

Through microscopic image analysis, the system can also be used for qualitative and quantitative assessment of blended materials. YG002C-II additionally supports sectional-area analysis for composition evaluation of profiled or hollow fibers.
